Duties, Responsibilities and Rights of Authorities

Chairperson:
  • To chair the committee and assembly meeting and to conduct the meeting.
  • To cast the decisive vote.
  • To represent the institution or appoint the representative.
  • To lead the institution.
  • To direct the general secretary to call the meeting as per the necessity.
  • To divide the work among the authorities and members.
  • To prove the records.

First vice-chairperson:
  • To assist the chairperson.
  • To fulfill the responsibility given by the chairperson.
  • To represent and act as the chairperson in his absence.

Second vice-chairperson:
  • To assist the chairperson.
  • To fulfill the responsibility given by the Chairperson.
  • To represent and act as the first vice Chairperson in his absence.

General secretary:
  • To take care and operate the secretariat.
  • To call meeting, assembly as per the direction of Chairperson.
  • To keep the records safely.
  • To fulfill the responsibilities given by the chairperson.
  • To present the annual work plan and progress report.

Secretary:
  • To assist the General Secretary.
  • To represent and act as General Secretary in his absence.
  • To carry out other responsibilities given by Chairperson.

Trustee:
  • To take care and operate the trust of the institution.
  • To present the annual financial report.
  • To keep the account as it is.
  • To conduct annual auditing regularly.
  • To make necessary work plans for the betterment of institution's trust and submit it to the general secretary.

Member:
  • To show active participation in the meeting of a committee.
  • To play creative role in the duty of the institution.

Resignation:

The resignation given by chairperson through vice-chairperson and other authorities along with members through chairperson shall be approved by the working committee.
